Joshua (Josh) Brubaker is the best Realtor I could have asked for. I was in Massachusetts looking online for houses in Florida. I found one that I loved. I called Josh and put an offer in that night. I flew down the next morning and met him at the property. Within a few hours we were under contract! I had lots of questions and Josh was right there to answer them. If he didn’t know something he found out and got right back to me. He was very hands-on and I knew where I stood every step of the way, from signing the purchase and sales agreement to the closing. We can’t say enough of how wonderful it has been to work with Suzie and Josh. We initially came in February to just look around and Suzie was well prepared to show us some homes we had on our radar. We ended up looking at this house from their suggestion and fell in love with it instantly! Josh was very knowledgeable and used his former superintendent expertise to share his insights on the quality and reputation of this home. Although we looked at other homes, we came back to this one and found ourselves ready to move which meant we needed to sell our home in NC. Suzie connected us with a realtor in our area that helped sell our house in just a few weeks. So from a thought to joyful success, Team Brubaker went above and beyond to help us get this gorgeous house. We were able to get increased incentives and were kept up to date with inspections etc as we could not come down in person. Josh made sure the house would be ready when we closed. The extra miles they went for us is more than the Southern Hospitality people know of so we highly recommend them for anyone that is even just contemplating a move here.
